INTRODUCTORY MECHANICS AND E&M

PHYSICS 163D

One semester calculus-based course covering the fundamental principles of mechanics, electricity, magnetism, and optics. This team-based course covers topics of Physics 161D and 162D that are not included in the high school AP Physics C curriculum, including fluids, damped and driven oscillations, waves, sound, AC circuits, Maxwell's equations, light, geometric optics, and physical (wave) optics.
