Procedure

• Step 0: Read all the steps first! (If you forget what to do, you can click the "Procedure" link to the right of this window to open this up again.)
• Step 1: Click on the "Goup A" link to the right of this window. This displays a group of 25 neutrino events.
• Step 2: In each event, there is a Charge Mode link and a Time Mode link. When you click on one of these, an event display will be shown in this window.
• Step 3: Examine the display pictures and fill in the number of rings and flavor and direction of the event. Remember, you only need to fill out neutrino flavor and direction for single-ring events.
• Step 4: Repeat for the entire group of events.
• Step 5: When you are finished with a group, click on the "Count!" button. This will count up the number of each type of event.
• Step 6: Open up the analysis sheet (also located to the right) and fill in this data for Group A.
• Step 7: Move onto the next group and repeat these steps. The analysis sheet will do most of the calculations for you.
• Step 8: After you have finished the data analysis, take a look at the "Conclusions" page.
